NHS Highland has a unique opportunity for a Project Support Officer to join the Health Board's Strategy and Transformation Department.The Health Board is enhancing its project management and support resource to help facilitate the delivery of improvement opportunities as part of implementing the Board's 5-year strategy, "Together We Care."It is accepted this is a challenging task in the present NHS financial climate with pressure on resource as well as on delivery services, however the Strategy and Transformation Team has the full support and leadership from the Board of Directors who have committed significant resources to ensure it is both successful and rewarding.
Applicants should demonstrate experience of:Excellent communication and inter-personal skills and collaboration with a variety of operational and professional stakeholders.IT skills, with proficiency across Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint) and employee self-service / employee record software.Project Management knowledge and practical skills.The ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage your own workload.Data analysis and data collection skills, and ability to produce reports following analysis of complex data.You will be a devoted team player with the ability to work with staff from across the Board.
