Job DescriptionPosition SummaryMain job functionsProvide administrative support in the day-to-day planning and delivery of projects, related activities, and tasks.Through work experience, studying, training and development (both practical and vocational), complete a course of study to obtain a work-related professional qualification.With guidance and support, complete tasks to a high standard and ensure they are carried out in strict compliance with internal policies and procedures and current legislation.Principle AccountabilitiesDuties, Responsibilities and Key TasksDepartmentalSupport Project manager in the development of Project plans and schedules for assigned client orders.Support with clients regarding aspects of customer orders and their delivery.Support the project manager to ensure on time delivery for project resources both internally and externally where required.Organise, attend, and update documentation for required meetings both internal and external.Support in the development and submission of customer progress reports as required.On an ad-hoc basis provide support to the sales & customer support teamQualificationsExperience RequiredTelephone and Computer workOrganising and prioritising a varied workload with minimum amount of supervisionCompleting a range of clerical and administrative tasks Knowledge RequiredRespecting confidentialityHigh degree of accuracyUnderstanding business requirements ( Health and Safety, Employment Law)Qualifications / Skills RequiredEducated to Degree level in relevant subject or have a minimum of 5 GCSE's including Maths and English (Grade C and above).
