Our commitment to a flexible and hybrid working culture The role Enablement Team reporting, define and deliver Value Metrics across all areas of technology, present the data in a way that allows performance measurement OKR/KPI Tracking working with the Product / Squads to bring together metrics, allowing a EXCO level roll up and rapid decision making Value Creation identify opportunities through data and reporting for Arqiva to make decisions, this value could be financial or mitigate risk Align Enablement Goals to Arqiva's and evidence progression against these Own EXCO reporting templating, process and cadence working with business to simplify process.
Grow others, use knowledge to teach others in Enablement & wider to self-serve, support them with requirements and build reporting.
The person Porject / PMO / Portfolio reporting experience Proficient in analysing large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
Critical Thinking – ability to evaluate information critically and propose data driven decisions.
Technical skills in data management, reporting tools (tooling such as Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau, ServiceNow) Certified in either Project, Programme Management or PMO methodologies, such as PRINCE2, PMI, APM, MSP is preferable Qlik Visualisation and report creation ServiceNow experience Familiar with agile principles and frameworks to integrate capacity planning into agile delivery models.
