Job DescriptionLocation: Office is in Woking, site visits requiredEngagement: FreelanceDay rate: £350-£450 depending on Seniority (QS or SQS)My client is currently looking for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor to help manage their current high stret rejuvenation project in Surrey.
They are anticipating the project to run until circa March 2025.This is a great oppurutnity for a freelancer to secure a solid contract with a succesful contractor.
Key responsibilities for this Project Quantity Surveyor role:Work alongside Senior QS's/ Commerical managers to manage projects from start to finishManage day to day commercial and contract activities.Sub-contract procurement ensuring maximum value for money.Experience required for this Project Quantity Surveyor role:Good knowledge of NEC and JCT Experience within Highways Preparation of final accounts and sub contract procurement
