Job DescriptionProject Quantity SurveyorThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor working on a number of large scale surfacing contracts.

Your role as Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing the commercial aspects of their ongoing and future surfacing projects.
This company are forward thinking, offer great training and development opportunities and are recognised for their great culture, which puts their people first.Key responsibilities for this Project Quantity Surveyor role:The financial management and performance of all allocated complex and significant (greater than £1m value) contracts.MeasurementChange managementFormal contractual notificationsNegotiation of acceptable/favourable Contract termsClaim management/mitigationResponsibility to ensure that revenue is promptly applied for and collected in line with the terms of the contractExpected to operate with a degree of autonomy and maturityTo assist in the preparation of quotations and timely application of price increasesExperience required for this Project Quantity Surveyor role:5+ Years Experience Strong experience in Highways/Surfacing Projects Relevant Degree Package offered for this Project Quantity Surveyor role:£300-£350 per day depending on experience Outside IR35
