Project Manager - Shopfitting

Job Description Project Manager – Shopfitting & Fit out Location – Loughborough Reporting to Operations Director Salary £50k-£55k + Company Car About Our Loughborough based client provide construction and fit out services to the retail industry, from small refurbishments through to complete fit outs for a number of High Street retailers.
Their ethos is to work with clients and form long term relationships.
Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager managing a variety of Shopfits & Fit Outs across the U.K.
The candidate must have shopfitting experience and have a flexible approach, prepared to work unsociable hours at times to suit the needs of the project.
The role is part office and part site based and it is essential that the candidate is willing to travel.
As a Project Manager you will manage various sites, from the initial survey and tender, the management of the project, the control of the health and safety, the handover process through to agreement of all accounts; then continuing the relationship with the Client.
Office based support will be provided by administration and accounts staff and the site works will be run by a foreman.
