Pure PM role to support the growing Building Consultancy team, predominantly running refurbishment projects ranging in value from £100k up to £5m.
Projects include Education, Healthcare, Prisons, Courts and Care Homes.
From minor maintenance works through to full reconfigurations.
Opportunity within the wider business to get involved in larger scale new build and refurbishment schemes up to £85m.
Autonomous role with excellent progression prospects.
Ambitious plans to build a dedicated PM team around this person.
