As a Senior Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in the studio, looking after our clients and the logistics of our exciting projects from initial briefing through installation.
You will be an integral part of the Projects Team and work closely with the New Business Team, Creative Director, and CEO.
Main Responsibilities
Act as main point of contact for clients from conception through to after-sales careDeliver projects within agreed budget and deadlinesCreate costing documents for clients including estimates, quotes, and finalised fee agreementsManage multiple projects at anytime on a range of budgetsWork closely with suppliers to negotiate and agree pricesContinuously update Managing Director and Projects Director on all budget related issuesKeep project team updated on key deliverables and progressWork closely with Projects Director to resource design time to teamWork closely with Creatives to advise on how projects can be executed in terms of materiality and techniquesSource materials, products, and props for projectsCoordinate site visits and communicate information to the internal teamOversee installations on siteAct as the main point of communication for clients, suppliers, and collaboratorsRequired skills
An education in the design fieldProven experience delivering projects in the design industry at a range of scales and across multiple disciplinesExperience handling accounts and dealing directly with clientsPrior project management related experience is preferableExperience working with relatively large production budgets up to £500,000Excellent organisational skillsFantastic written and verbal communication skillsA passion for quality in every endeavourA hunger to constantly improve the studio's outputA good knowledge of InDesignWorking knowledge of CAD softwareSalary
