Right now, we need to strengthen our project management team with a Project Manager who will focus on leading the development of our products and supporting the development team.
What you'll do: Analyze, initiate, and propel projects with effective communication with internal teams and external partners and proactive stakeholder management. Lead project meetings by setting agendas, clarifying expectations, and ensuring preparedness. Delegate tasks, demand excellence, and drive organizational improvements. Take initiative, solve problems, and foster positive change. Roles & Responsibilities: Assist with the development and implementation of project management processes and tools within the amplification team, with support from PM team in Stockholm. Oversee and drive projects from early concept through to mass production. Ensure timely, cost-effective, high-quality delivery of assigned projects. Plan, lead, and follow up project activities, ensuring that key data, project status, and risks are updated and communicated to stakeholders. Conduct regular meetings with project teams and relevant stakeholders within Marshall Group. Prepare and participate in milestone presentations for assigned projects, including status updates, product maturity, and cost follow-ups with stakeholders in MK and gate presentations with the Management Team according to the project plan. Who we're looking for: You are a project manager at heart, driven by structure and organization. With excellent interpersonal skills, you ensure progress by anticipating needs and staying steps ahead. A collaborative mindset focused on enhancing Marshall Group's culture will be essential.
You probably have the following experiences & skills: Proven years of experience as a Project Manager. Previous experience working on projects involving software development. Great understanding of working with partners and suppliers in Asia and the ability to travel regularly to visit suppliers and colleagues. Education in an engineering field or similar. Proven completion of formal leadership training. Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in other leadership positions.
