Purpose of Role This role is preferably based in London or Stockholm, but we are open to considering remote candidates within the UK.
As a Project Manager at nShift, you will work closely with the Sales team to ensure that projects are scoped correctly and that customers are fully prepared for project/program requirements and timelines.
Your role will involve driving best practices and lessons learned within the project management discipline and aligning these practices with the rest of the organization.
You should have significant experience in gathering requirements, risk assessment, scope management, time management, resource and project planning, and documentation.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Manage projects through nShift's chosen project management tool (NetSuite).Ensure all projects are executed in line with the approved budget and meet budgetary objectives.
Forecast, track, and invoice project time/cost to the customer within the agreed cadence.Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques and project management tools.
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in line with the company standard.Create and ensure all projects are executed in line with the Project Plan.Create and maintain a risk register for each project and lead risk workshops.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks, reporting and escalating to management and the Project Board as needed.Prepare and facilitate analysis workshops with the customer.Track project performance.Competence and Experience: Minimum of 4 - 6 years of customer-facing project management experience, with a desire to pursue a career path within project management.
