Project Manager/ Major Projects Planner

Are you a Major Projects Planner who has experience being a Project Manager?
Then this role is for you!
My local authority client in the East Midlands is looking for someone who matches the requirements below:  Strong competence and in-depth experience with a range of strategic, large-scale major planning applications.
A minimum of 10 years of experience working within a Local Planning Authority (public sector, not private practice).
At least 10 years of post-qualification experience with a Master's degree (or equivalent) in Town and Regional/Urban Planning.
Proven leadership in managing major transformation projects, particularly in Development Management.
A Prince 2 Practitioner qualification or an equivalent qualification is essential.
The council has stressed that all of these requirements are non-negotiable, and they are specifically seeking a highly skilled professional who blends expertise in both Project Management and Planning.
The rates are very flexible due to the nature of the role.
