Project Manager

Project Manager / Project Leader / Project Engineer required to join a Global manufacturer based in Wellingborough.
The Engineering Project Manager / Project Leader will be responsible for the project management of product development projects from requirement to market release.
The successful Engineering Project Manager / Project Leader must have proven engineering project management experience within an engineering, manufacturing, design for manufacturer, R&D environment.
This is a hybrid working position with the office in Wellingborough.
Package £53,500 Company bonus 24 days holiday plus bank holidays rising to 26 after 2 years Private medical after 12 months Pension 5% Role Manage multidisciplinary engineering product development projects Working within the R&D department and lead development projects from initial concept through to full product realisation as well as redesigning existing products.
Lead and liaise with various engineering departments Achieving project deliverables within the agreed time, budget, and quality Ensuring sustainable manufacturability Apply the PRISM framework and organising Gate meetings Define resource requirements Creating and maintaining up to date project plans Subcontractor management Deal with emerging issues Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:15, Friday 08:30 - 13:00 There is hybrid working available after a 3 month qualifying period.
Office is in Wellingborough Requirements Experience in a project management position within engineering, manufacturing, technical or product development.
Experience as a Project Manager / Project Leader / Project Engineer or similar within an Degree, HND or HNCin engineering or other technical qualification Project management qualification would be advantageous Willingness to travel to Wellingborough on a hybrid basis TPBN1_UKTJ
