Project Manager

Our client are a leading main contractor who work on new builds, refurbishments and extension builds within Education, healthcare, leisure and commercial sectors.
This is a permanent role.
Due to company growth they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a permanent based in Stoke!

Methodical thinker who is used to working to stringent processes.
SMSTS, IOSH and relevant construction qualification/ accreditations Duties: Reporting to a Contract Manager.
Managing a project from preconstruction stage through to delivery.
Ensuring the project is ran in line with the programme.
Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is within the budget set.
Ensuring a high level of health & safety is adhered to at all times.
Chairing progress meetings with the client and subcontractors.
Quality control.
Direct line management for Site/ Package Managers.
