We are seeking a dedicated and driven individual to oversee the build and delivery of a prestigious new hotel development.
This is a fantastic chance to join a dynamic team and lead a significant project from inception to completion.Key Responsibilities:Managing the entire construction process of the new hotel development.Ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Leading and coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Reporting progress to senior management and stakeholders.Identifying and mitigating project risks.Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager in construction, preferably with experience in hotel or similar large-scale developments.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.Relevant construction management qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid).Benefits: Competitive salary within the range of £60,000 - £70,000.Comprehensive package including benefits.Opportunity to lead a prestigious project.Permanent position with career growth potential.
