As the client side Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering one of the largest renewable projects in the northwest of the UK.

Key Responsibilities: Project Management : Lead the end-to-end management of a very large renewable, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery.
Planning & Scheduling : Work closely with the Project Controls team to develop and manage detailed project schedules, pinpointing critical paths and key milestones.
Stakeholder Management : Foster strong relationships with sub-contractor delivery partners, DNO's and regulatory bodies.
Risk Management : Identify and mitigate potential project risks to ensure smooth project execution.
Contract Management : Pre contract and post contract responsibility to oversee contract negotiations and management with suppliers and contractors.
Technical Oversight : Working with the engineering team identify and mitigate design and technical risks.
Budget Control : Monitor and report on project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Permitting & Compliance : Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained and adhered to.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) : Implement and enforce top-tier safety protocols.
Key Requirements: Qualifications : HNC or higher in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
Project Management Certification : APM, Prince2, or other recognized qualifications.
Experience : 4-5 years managing complex projects ideally within the power, renewable or utilities environment Project Management Skills : Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Software Proficiency : Proficient with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and engineering design tools.
