Job Description: Aladdin Performance/Attribution Implementation Project Manager Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to lead the implementation of the Aladdin Performance and Attribution module across the front, middle, and back office.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Aladdin platform (though they won't be responsible for configuration), along with a strong background in managing complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders, including outsourced service providers.
This is an initial 3-month full-time engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of the Aladdin Performance/Attribution module.
Act as the primary liaison between the front, middle, and back office teams to ensure seamless integration and workflow.
Collaborate with outsourced service providers to align project timelines, deliverables, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Oversee project planning, risk management, issue tracking, and resolution to ensure successful delivery on time and within scope.
Coordinate and manage senior stakeholder engagement, including facilitating negotiations and managing expectations across departments.
Monitor project milestones and report progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Ensure documentation of processes, configurations, and project deliverables for future reference and governance.
Requirements: Proven experience managing large-scale Aladdin implementations, specifically within the Performance and Attribution module.
Strong understanding of front, middle, and back office operations in financial services.
Demonstrated ability to work with and manage outsourced service providers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior executives.
Strong project management skills, including proficiency with tools like MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
