Project Manager

** A relocation opportunity to join a highly regarded fit-out contractor and manufacturer in the Kingdom of Bahrain ** You will be responsible for: Project Kick Off and managing the Project Delivery Schedule for assigned projects.
Manage shop drawings, materials submission, and setting out for joinery detailing; oversee material ordering and ensure timely arrivals.
Manage communication between sites/clients and the setting out team.
Lead collaboration with internal departments.
Oversee project-related procurement and outsourcing, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
Conduct forward capacity planning and identify peak periods for potential outsourcing needs.
Actively participate in initiatives for process improvements to achieve measurable enhancements over time.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in a joinery manufacturing environment, with experience and understanding of the joinery fabrication process.
They will have an understanding of the complete joinery fabrication process, and strong knowledge of joinery materials.
Proficient in solving technical problems and interfacing various materials, as well as familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
The ideal candidate possesses effective interpersonal skills and has experience working in multinational environments, which are crucial for managing client expectations regarding quality and delivery.
With a high level of responsibility, they demonstrate strong planning and time management skills, making them a proactive decision-maker.
