Our client is a dynamic company engaged in the design, planning, fit-out and furnishing of commercial, education, and leisure design projects. While our client is predominantly design-led, they also pride themselves on their ability to deliver creations through excellent project management, and are now looking for a Junior Project Manager and experienced Project Manager to join the team.
To be considered for this role you will NEED:
A minimum of 5 years experience in a commercial fit-out environment. 5 years experience in project management. 5 years experience in contract management. SSSTS or SMSTS license/ certification. General skills:
An understanding of revenue models and P&L. Experience in negotiations. Expert in health and safety requirements on site. In-depth knowledge of companies core industry, policies, and objectives. Broad technical knowledge. Attributes:
Commitment to the highest levels of customer service. High level of commercial awareness. Team player. Willing to take responsibility and use initiative. Ability to meet tight time scales.
