Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Verify that deliverables meet specified requirements.
Identify potential risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies.
Prepare detailed proposals, budgets, and project reports, highlighting strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS: Tertiary qualified with a comprehensive understanding of commercial and contractual aspects.
Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in civil contracting, specifically in water-related infrastructure projects.
Possess a deep appreciation for engineering techniques and construction processes.
Capable of assessing site conditions through physical inspections and interpreting surveys and investigations.
Practical, hands-on approach combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
