Fenestration / Glazing Project Manager Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (based on experience) + Company Pension Key Requirements: 5+ years managing fenestration projects Technical knowledge of window/door installation (new build essential) Knowledge of fenestration/building regulations Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Experience managing installers and subcontractors Valid CSCS, SSSTS, or SMSTS card Main Responsibilities: Liaise with contractors and site managers Organise and manage labor Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Monitor site progress and conduct inspections Manage employees and subcontractors Attend client meetings and supervise deliveries Conduct project planning and order materials Complete snagging lists and site reports Ensure quality checks and track costs Additional Info: Hybrid Role: 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH
