ISS ProjectsPlace of Work: Scotland (Glasgow)Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 40We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team, providing project management support on one of our key prestigious client accounts within ISS UK.You will be an experienced and driven Project Manager with a passion for delivering successful projects.
As a highly motivated individual, you will work with our central project management team to lead and deliver multiple projects across our clients campus of buildings.
Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager, you will manage the full project lifecycle, from design and specification, implementation and delivery to documentation, supply chain management, and handover and warranty management.
You'll play a key role in developing and reporting project pipeline progress, working closely with the wider team to ensure successful project delivery.In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key internal and client stakeholders, providing critical oversight of project resources to maintain profitability while ensuring the highest levels of project delivery capability.
You'll be a natural problem solver, with a talent for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, driving organic growth, and delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesFull lifecycle management from Project implementation, delivery, documentation, supply chain to handover & warranty managementDevelopment and reporting of project pipelineMonthly reporting as requiredDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and client stakeholdersSupport the account with new business opportunities, and organic growth where projects are not currently deliveredResponsible for delivery in adherence to ISS Banking Projects Framework and additional client governance Professional and personal competencies/qualificationsEssentialProject Management ExperienceProven track record in high class deliveryKnowledge of key operational procedures, e.G., project planning, requirements for planned maintenance systems, Quality and Health & SafetyFull knowledge of information technology, Microsoft 365, MS Project etcExcellent communicator in both spoken and written wordDesirable Ideally the job holder should have been educated to at least Degree, HND or equivalent full technical standardIdeally hold a recognised qualification in project management.Experience of the Monday.Com project management platform is preferred but not essentialISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
