The Role As a Project Manager, you will oversee the IT project management of a key system implementation, working within an expanding IT PMO.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure successful delivery of project outcomes, return on investment, and adherence to timelines.
This high-profile project is part of a broader digital transformation programme aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and equipping teams with the necessary digital tools and skills.

IT and Digital Transformation : A proven ability and passion for leading IT and digital organisational change, with experience in implementing new systems or managing large-scale IT transformations.
User-Centric Approach : Demonstrated expertise in user-led design thinking, ensuring customers or end-users remain at the heart of project delivery.
Cross-Organisational Insight : Strong ability to identify links and interdependencies across a complex and diverse organisation.
Project Delivery Expertise : Experience with various project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall.
Communication Skills : Exceptional communication abilities to quickly build relationships, secure stakeholder support, and maintain momentum, even in remote environments.
Vendor Management : Proven skills in managing vendor and third-party relationships, with experience in procurement and contracting.
