Project Manager

Role Overview: This role reports to the Director Project Management and supports the PMO of the Supply Marketplace (Proprietary content aggregation and distribution platform).

Responsibilities: Define & maintain all-encompassing deployment project plans with dependencies and dates.
Define rollout plans & phases– including pilots.
Place customers in each phase & consider exception criteria.
Document issues & risks and ensure NDC is deployed with a do no harm approach to other products and processes.
Qualifications: 5+ years travel industry experience, solid understanding airline data flows and tools in the travel industry ecosystem, familiarity with NDC, travel management.
Travel operations or TMC experience is a plus.
PMP Certification, 5+ years project management, coordination, planning, and organizational skills, proven experience with agile, waterfall and hybrid project management methodologies.
Smartsheet Certification, demonstrated advanced user skills, including setting up tools and processes in Smartsheet.
