Our client, a leading renewable energy company, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead the development of a major offshore wind farm in the UK.

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end delivery of an offshore wind farm.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end project management of an offshore wind farm, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, while managing risks and identifying mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, environmental consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and planning regulations.
Monitor and report on project progress to senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights.
Foster strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, and industry partners to promote collaboration and project support.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements: Proven experience in project management, ideally within the renewable energy, offshore, or construction sectors.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, project management, or a related field.
A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and coordinate diverse teams.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Familiarity with offshore wind technologies, infrastructure, and regulatory frameworks in the UK.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
