We are a fast-growing HMO (Houses in Multiple Occupation) operator based in London, driven by a mission to redefine the rental experience.

Our dynamic and ambitious team is dedicated to delivering exceptional living spaces and services that enhance the lives of our tenants.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our growth journey.

About the Role:
As Project Manager, you will ensure the seamless execution of projects that are critical to the company's growth.

This role requires a hands-on, proactive approach and the ability to manage a diverse range of projects across financial, operational, technological, and customer-focused domains.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the property rental industry, and if possible HMOs, and possess excellent project
management and people skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:
To develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Ensure these projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on project
objectives.

Serve as the main point of contact for project-related communication.

Coordinate efforts across departments to deliver project outcomes.

Identify and resolve any inter-departmental conflicts that may arise.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact.

Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes.

Monitor and report on project progress using KPIs and performance metrics.

Prepare regular updates and presentations for senior management.

Your Qualifications and Experience:
- You can demonstrate proven experience in project management, preferably within
the property rental or real estate industry.

- Have some familiarity with the HMO sector and relevant regulations is highly
advantageous.

- You have a strong understanding of financial and operational workflows.

- You are proficient in project management tools and standard office software.

- You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to
influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels.

- You can demonstrate problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- You are a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure
environment.

- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are a plus but not
mandatory.

As part of the initial selection process, you may be invited to complete a short personality and capabilities test.

If you are successful in the initial selection process you will be invited for at least 2 interviews, one of which will be on-screen, one of which will be in person.

For any interview in person, you will be invited to prepare a short task and presentation.
