Project Manager

Role Title: Project Manager Duration: contract to run until 31/12/2025 Location: London, 60% Office, 40% Remote Rate: up to £713.47 p/d Umbrella inside IR35 Role purpose: Lead corporate development activities.
Oversee M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) projects, specifically the Invent lead project.
Handle PM activities for Application Transfer project Facilitate the transition of applications between two buyers for the client.
Key Skills/ requirements Strong background in M&A, including divestment and cash products.
Experience in managing mergers and acquisitions.
Ability to work with application architects and business analysts.
All profiles will be reviewed against the required skills and experience.
