Due to a key period of growth, we are looking to bring on board a Project Manager for a 9 month period on a fixed term contract basis.
This role will involve being a Project Manager for a key project that involves the whole supply chain and is cross functional, affecting several departments in the business.
We are looking for someone with strong generalist project management experience who can coordinate the project across different workstreams, making sure the project is kept on track, deadlines are met and ultimately driving accountability to ensure the overall success of the project.
You will responsible for: Planning and Execution: Develop/Review detailed project plans across workstreams, supporting the project lead and other managers by overseeing project execution to ensure alignment with goals Team Coordination : Coordinate tasks across the different workstreams and assign tasks, facilitating communication and collaboration amongst team members Stakeholder Management: Engage workstream leads, senior managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates and manage expectations Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address with, reviewing with key project stakeholders Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure resources are used efficiently Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and performance Reporting: Compile and present project status to management We are looking for someone who: Has several years experience in project management, ideally across different workstreams.
Supply Chain experience would be advantage A good communicator with strong organisational skills Any professional qualification such as PMP or Prince2 an advantage Is able to influence stakeholders at different levels and has the confidence and assurance to ensure the project stays on track.
Ideally has experience of working in an FMCG, 3PL or manufacturing environment.
