About the Role: We are seeking a Project Manager with 3-5 years experience to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing IT projects (in the IT area or other business areas), using predictive, iterative or hybrid methodologies, and being familiar with project management software/tools.
While relevant PM certifications are advantageous, they are not essential.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and finalise IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
Provide project status reports to stakeholders.
Support workshops in the PPPM area.
Assist clients in identifying risks, issues, and opportunities.
Successfully perform programme or portfolio changes without disrupting business operations.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
