Project Manager

Project Manager (Construction) Edinburgh £60k to £80k & Benefits Working on a large-scale Hotel Project - £20M+.
Monday to Friday, Private Medical, Life Insurance, Pension, Bonus, Phone and Laptop.
Day to day: To ensure the Project is managed in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the Companys Health and Safety policies and procedures and constructed in accordance with the contractual requirements.
Essential Criteria: 5+ years Project Management experience.
Experience in Hotel Construction / Fit-Out.
Working on large scale £20M+ projects.
Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry.
Self-motivated hard working with strong team building skills.
Analytical and decision-making skills.
Health and Safety Site Management Training.
Excellent IT skills especially Microsoft Office.
