Qualifications: SMSTS CSCS Card (Gold/ Black/ White) NVQ3 in Lift & Escalator Installation Leadership & Management Level 3 or Equivalent (desirable) Key Responsibilities: Overall Management, Health & Safety of Prestige and Complex Projects.
Accountable for the Financial Result of Projects allocated.
Coordination, Communication, Preparation and Planning of all Project Related requirements.
Co-ordination, Preparation and Control of all project related documentation.
Adhering to MEU-UK Processes, Quality Control and Reporting Systems.
Time Management Attendance at Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Internal/External Meetings as Required.
Monthly Cost Plan Reviews and Applications (AFP).
Weekly Update and Issue Project Programmes and Report Internally and Externally.
Management, Coordination and Planning of Resources and Sub-Contract Trades.
Organised, Motivated, Decision making, Problem solving, Conflict Management Primary point of contact for Projects internally and externally.
Financial responsibility, Risk Management, Cost Control, Contract awareness and Applications Raising RPO's, Goods Receipting and Commercial Responsibilities (VO's, Delay, Dayworks etc.)
