We are seeking an experienced and proactive Healthcare Projects Manager to join our business across our regions in NW and Yorkshire (involving travel across our regions).
This crucial role involves managing projects and growing our service offerings, with a focus on complex care.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the delivery of new business into our healthcare facilities.
This position presents an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our strategic growth.

You will collaborate with all functions to uphold high standards and deliver exceptional experiences for residents and families.
Key Tasks The Projects Manager will support our operations team to win and retain existing local authority and CCG/ICB health and social care contracts.
Undertake options assessments to develop location, or site-specific strategies to drive the use of vacant units.
To manage the formulation and delivery, review, and implementation of strategies whilst working collaboratively with key areas of our business People, Quality and Performance to ensure projects are completed to a high standard.
Contribute to the achievement of the company's Procurement Strategy by managing key ongoing projects as required such as energy-saving capex investment programmes and water usage reduction initiatives.
Support the company's Sustainability and ESG agenda though the delivery of mandatory ESG disclosures and projects.
On both fronts, create value by identifying and delivering activities to reduce costs, deliver operational improvements and drive innovation.
