Project Manager - Lifecycle Location: Derby Salary- £55k per annum Car allowance 28 days holiday plus 8 Our client is looking for a project manager to join their team covering schools a large health care facility.
The ideal candidate must have FM experience, PFI or healthcare project management of benefit.
Must have a strong working knowledge of riba.
The Role P&L support Financial sign offs Experience of working on lifecycle and variation works up to £4m Health & Safety sign off Client facing and holding meetings Reports Qualifications & Experience Qualification in M&E or building fabric or relevant project management experience.
