The role: As a Project Manager here you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting, high-impact projects that are supporting our stakeholders and our engineers.
You'll collaborate with talented teams, tackle complex challenges, and play a pivotal role in delivering multiple projects.

What you'll do Work closely with the engineering teams to understand the needs and requirements of the customer, to prioritise the deliverables and manage the product backlog. Manage the relationships between both internal and external stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously through to completion. Balance priorities between project resources, ensuring options of priority, risk and benefit are presented where required to allow informed decisions to be made.
Work closely with team leads ensuring that engineers are fully supported, delivering to planned timescales and have no blockers during completion.
Support and encourage the teams forward by holding daily stand-ups and planning sessions Identifying areas of improvement and feeding back through retros Requirements Experience in Stakeholder management and project planning Strong background in Resource Management and Requirements Tracking Experience of working with software engineers Understanding and experience in Waterfall Project lifecycle Knowledge of Agile Experience using JIRA What's important to us?
