Project Manager £45,000 + Bonus and Benefits Hybrid - 3 days per week in their office (non-negotiable) Cambridge - the office is right next the to the train station About the Client and Role Our Financial Services client is working to offer market leading, cloud-based software built with leading-edge thinking and technology.
They are accelerating their drive to provide our loan origination, optimisation, and collections technology to a wider audience.
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for delivering a range of technical projects to ensure they deliver to time, cost and quality, and that risk is appropriately identified and managed.
Essential Requirements Develop, establish, plan, coordinate and manage multiple projects streams to time, budget and high quality to enable a successful delivery.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans (MSP) alongside agile planning tools and be able to manage a hybrid delivery approach, where required.
Work with the business units, business analysts, and developers to document requirements and manage deliveries through the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
Work with the Head of Development in providing accurate estimates for new delivery requests and prioritise/schedule according to resource availability.
Produce all relevant documentation including, but not limited to, PIDs, Risk Registers, Issue Logs, Implementation Plans, Meeting Minutes and Status Reports.
Engage, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all relevant colleagues and key stakeholders, both internal and external.
