Position Overview: You will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing aspects of projects from point of order to completion.
You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring adherence to scope and delivering on schedule.
Coordinate with sales, operations, production, install, and logistics teams to establish project requirements, timelines, and resource allocations.
Conduct regular project meetings to communicate updates to valued clients, resolve challenges, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, motivating team members to achieve project objectives while maintaining high morale.
Assignment and management of subcontractors, ensuring that high standards have been achieved including sign off of benchmark installations, management of remedial works, and commissioning of finished product.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or related fields is desirable.
Proven experience in project management within the manufacturing industry, preferably in door manufacturing or a related field.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and Salesforce.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to read off plans and translate architectural documents and elevations.
