Project Manager

Summary A multinational utility scale Solar & co-located BESS developer, owner and operator are looking for a Project Manager (Solar PV & BESS) to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solar and/or BESS Project Manager to work on some exciting renewable energy projects.
This role would suit an experienced Project Manager (6+ years) looking to step up into a more senior position.
In this role you will assist with establishing sound CDM standards, systems and procedures for construction activities as well as prepare, manage and report on project construction milestones, budgets, cash flows and program at a portfolio level.
You will provide guidance throughout the project phases.
This doesn't necessarily require an engineer, more an experienced project manager.
This company offers 30 day's international working per year at a location of your choice along with a holiday allowance of 28 days + bank holidays.
What you will do: Ensure the construction of Solar & BESS projects across the UK are in line with timelines, budgets, and quality.
Preparing, managing, and reporting on construction milestones, budgets, cash flows, and schedules.
Maintaining working relationships with internal construction team and other relevant stakeholders throughout the construction process.
Identify and solve problems, avoid risks to the project schedule and budget.
Manage and report on changes to project schedules, budgets, or scope.
Ensure seamless project execution from design through operation.
Promote a safety, efficiency, and quality across construction teams Support in tender documentation and review Support the negotiation of contracts for project delivery What you will need: 6-8 years' experience in Solar / BESS project management Experience in managing utility scale projects Track record in managing multiple projects to demanding deadlines Valid driver's license
