Our client, a leading consultancy, is seeking a talented professional to join their team and manage a range of innovative software projects across the UK.
About the Role: As the Software Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of software application projects from inception through to completion.
You will be comfortable working in both Agile and Waterfall environments and have a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
This is a client-facing role, requiring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a proven track record of managing projects to time and budget.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end software development projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and define project objectives.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in Agile and Waterfall environments.
Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage risks to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and effective communication.
Key Requirements: Proven experience in software application project management.
Demonstrated expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Comprehensive experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Previous client-facing experience with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel across the UK.
