Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client in Basildon, working within their Technical Office.
Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager: Manage a range of projects, from large-scale production lines to smaller units, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
Oversee project objectives related to quality, delivery, and cost, while resolving key risks and issues.
Maintain a clear understanding of project scope, managing any changes and their commercial impact.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project progression, and provide clear communication of technical details.
Act as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers on technical and project-related issues.
Collaborate with specialists across various departments, including pneumatics, wiring, PLC programming and more.

Strong customer focus, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and shop floor teams.

Experience & Knowledge needed for this Project Manager role: Proven experience managing technical projects, ideally with extended project life cycles (2 years+).
Strong appreciation for project engineering and the technical complexities involved.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a technical setting.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
