Project Manager (Housebuilder) | Permanent | Cambridge Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + package

I have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join an award-winning housebuilder on a permanent basis, working on a large new build residential scheme in Cambridge.
The company has been around for approximately 20 years and has evolved into one of the leading housebuilders in the country, with regional offices across the South East of England.
Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments. They are quality-focused and are recognized as one of the leading, most trusted providers of quality homes throughout the UK.
They are looking for a Project Manager to oversee a new build residential scheme comprising over 100 units, built with an RC frame, which is due to start in a couple of months. The Project Manager will need to have a proven track record of overseeing similar schemes for a reputable Main Contractor or Developer.
