Role Overview: Fluenta Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead the delivery of new products entering beta testing and manage ongoing software development programs.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product launches are executed efficiently and align with the company's strategic goals.
*** This is a full time position based on-site at PE19 6TY.
Candidates must be able to work out of the office at this location with the ability for limited travel, as required *** Salary for this role will be up to £85k pa, plus company benefits, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for new product releases.
Oversee beta testing processes, gathering feedback, and coordinating iterative improvements.
Software Development Program Management: Collaborate with software development teams to track progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
Implement Agile or other project management methodologies to optimize development cycles.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, product managers, marketing, and other stakeholders.
Communicate project updates, risks, and mitigation strategies effectively to all parties.
Risk Management and Quality Assurance: Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to address them.
Ensure product quality meets company standards and customer expectations.
Performance Monitoring: Use project management tools to track milestones and deliverables.
Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and improve processes.
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science).
Proven experience (5+ years) managing complex projects, preferably in software development or product management.
Demonstrable expertise in bringing products to market, including beta testing phases.
Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).
Key Competencies: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Technical understanding of software development processes.
Leadership skills to motivate and align cross-functional teams.
Desirable Skills: Experience in IoT, SaaS, or similar technology-driven sectors.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certification).
Knowledge of beta testing tools and methodologies.
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for software products.
