Project Manager - Fm

Facilitate Search have partnered with a leading Facilities Management services provider to recruit a Project Manager working on a critical facility in Reading.
Project Manager Reading, RG20 £50,000 Package: 25 days annual leave + Public Holidays + Life assurance + Enhanced Pension + Private Healthcare.
Overview: You will be the on-site Project Manager working directly for one of the UKs largest FM service providers.
In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of lifecycle, small works & FM construction projects between £10,000 - £2.5m.
All projects will be delivered on a 24 hour live environment and as part of your role you will manage all aspects of H&S, sub-contractor management and ensuring the client is updated reporting back to internal teams.
Requirements: Experienced Project Supervisor/ Manager having experience of delivering FM projects in a previous position.
Based local to Reading and able to commute to and from site daily.
Although it is NOT essential, it would be great if applicants have experience delivering projects within a live environment.
