Ensuring safety standards and compliance with relevant safety legislation throughout all project phases.
Launching and overseeing projects with a structured project management methodology, including strategic alignment, business case development, project planning, staffing, and scheduling.
Maintaining precise project tracking and reporting systems to provide clear updates to senior leadership.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive effective project delivery.
Managing contract performance, monitoring supplier relationships, and ensuring KPI achievement.
Conducting regular audits on project management processes to guarantee quality and compliance with performance standards.
The Person: Degree qualification or equivalent in Engineering or a related discipline.
Proven experience managing engineering interfaces, budgets, and complex projects across multiple sites.
Contract and financial management expertise.
Knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and employment legislation.
Familiarity with vehicle system technologies.
Leadership experience within engineering environments, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Full, valid driving licence.
