Project Manager - Energy Efficiency

Based Blackburn Hybrid Working – 2 days office - 3 days working from home.
Candidate must hold a UK driving license with own vehicle.
Basic Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience, excellent benefits including quarterly bonuses, regular performance pay reviews, additional training, and career development.

Role Overview: As a Project Manager – Energy Efficiency, you will have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the utilities/energy, technical, or an engineering role within a non-academic environment and hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Any project management qualification in PMP or PRINCE2 would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and project schedules.
Monitor and track project tasks to ensure deadlines are met and project goals are achieved.
Identify and address potential issues and roadblocks, collaborating with the team to find effective solutions.
Assist in the allocation and management of resources to ensure efficient project workflow.
Support the energy team management to maintain high-quality project deliverables through careful review and strong attention to detail.
Candidate Skills: Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of project management concepts, principles, and methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong diligence to maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Good critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues, ensuring project goals are met on time.
Able to work collaboratively within diverse teams to achieve common project goals.
Flexible approach to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Consistently monitor and verify reports on delivered projects, engaging in ongoing professional development.
