Having secured an additional £30m worth of work on top of their already healthy order book, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their team.#Your new roleAs Project Manager, you will be based in the Birmingham area and be responsible for, but not limited to:
Managing and coordinating direct labour and subcontractors on multi-site projects Conducting site visits and inspection to ensure compliance with safety regulations and specifications Providing regular project updates and reports to senior management Ensuring alignment with project goals and industry standards Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site at all times Collaborating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders Ensuring schemes are delivered safely on time, within budget and to expected quality. What you'll need to succeedPrevious experience of managing civil projects from inception through to completion of power/electrical contracts Water/Utilities Experience CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Strong planning and organisational skills.
