Project Manager Construction

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience of delivering major new build projects, ideally with a Tier 1 contractor track record.
Our Client is a well respected major contractor who have a large new build project to deliver in the Nottingham area.
Reporting to a Project Director, the successful candidate will be well versed in the running of large, complex builds, have a solid understanding of programme, H&S and delivering quality projects.
The role will involve an initial period working on the preconstruction of the build, then take the project to site for a build programme of roughly 24 months.
