Project Manager - Client Side

Client Side Project Manager - Real Estate Investor Developer Life Science and Commercial Sectors £70,000-£85,000 + bonus + benefits, London Leading UK investor developer seek a Project Manger to help deliver a secured pipeline of projects across the Life Science and Commercial sectors.

Working as part of their internal project management team, and in close collaboration with the development team, you will be responsible for project managing new build and CAT A refurbishment projects from £10m-50m whilst overseeing an external consultant and contractor team.

About you:
You will ideally be a chartered project management professional with min 6 years' experience gained within a consultancy or client working on refurbishment and/or new build of private sector projects.

Additional attributes:
Degree qualified Ideally chartered MRICS, RIBA, MCIOB or similar Min 6 years' experience delivering new build and/or refurbishment projects Ability to work well within a team involved with full project lifecycle Experience of consultant and contractor team management under JCT contract They offer:
