Delivery Lead / Project Manager / Programme Manager - Banking Sector experience £1M to £3.5M Project Value – Permanent – Circa £65k-£80k – Hybrid UK – Financial Services Experience Essential A leading financial services organization is undergoing a significant transformation, placing technology at the forefront of its strategy.
To drive this transformation, the company is expanding its in-house IT capability.
This is a unique opportunity for a forward-thinking IT professional to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of banking.

The Project Manager / Programme Manager will oversee the planning and delivery of IT products and services within the IT Enablement Value Stream.
They will manage one or more agile feature teams to ensure the delivery of high-value products while reducing cyber security risks.

This leadership role involves driving delivery through collaborative team management, third-party supplier engagement, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities Lead agile feature teams in the iterative delivery of IT products and services.
Drive planning, execution, and delivery of projects to meet customer and business expectations.
Manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, championing the CIO function.
Lead, coach, and mentor team members to maximize performance and professional development.
What You'll Need Extensive experience leading agile teams in a delivery-focused environment.
Experience working for a major bank in a similar role Experience working with Projects budget £1million - £3.5million Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Strong track record of delivering IT infrastructure projects.
Proven experience managing delivery through third-party suppliers.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities.
Expertise in dependency management, issue resolution, and risk mitigation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
