Job Title: Project Manager Location: Cardiff (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time About Us: We are a leading technology company, dedicated to delivering innovative products that enhance the way people interact with technology.
Our team is passionate about pushing the boundaries of design and functionality, and we are now seeking a talented Project Manager to join us on this exciting journey.
The Role: As a Project Manager , you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of key projects, particularly within software development , ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
You will manage cross-functional teams to deliver products within agreed timelines and budgets, while ensuring high quality and efficiency.
This role is hybrid, offering a mix of remote and office-based work.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and deliverables are clearly defined.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and promote an Agile mindset across teams.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, manage risks, and track progress, ensuring transparency for stakeholders.
Ensure projects are aligned with business strategies and objectives, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and third-party relationships as required.
Foster a collaborative, results-driven environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
Required Skills & Experience: Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in project management, specifically within software development and SDLC projects.
Proven experience working in an Agile environment, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
Experience in consumer electronics, or a related technology sector, would be advantageous but not essential.
PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile certifications would be a bonus.
