Role Overview: The ideal candidate will work well within a team as well as cross functionally, confidently handling internal discussions with stakeholders at all levels.
A high level of Excel skills are required, along with the ability to communicate appropriately and confidently.
Key Responsibilities: Lead cross functional teams to meet deliverables across multiple beauty projects and categories Risk management, identifying issues/risks & offer solutions or escalate in a timely manner to support the project delivery.
Responsible for producing timely and accurate status reports, pulling together information from a range of sources to support informed decision-making and keep senior teams updated on project progress.
Lead weekly project status meetings with cross functional teams /external suppliers capturing key actions and outputs.
Create & manage critical paths ensuring project milestones are met whilst achieving on time delivery in full.
Deliver projects & programmes within the constraints of time, cost & quality in line with the business needs.
Create project briefs ensuring business requirements are identified & clearly communicated to the wider teams.
Support the teams by understanding constraints and challenges offering solutions and collaborative ways of working.
Coordinate project reviews and capture key learnings for future projects ensuring continuous improvement.
Create & manage time plans using Microsoft Projects/Asana Capture & resolve potential risks & issues & escalate when appropriate to provide the business with a clear Go/No Go decision point.
Review projects in order to derive learnings & apply these to future ways of working.
Building strong cross functional relationships with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
Optimise processes to improve communication and streamline development Skills/Experience/Knowledge Needed: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under the pressure of deadlines.
