Project Management Team Lead

Your mission As the Project Management Team Lead, you will lead a high-performing team, manage day-to-day operations, and strategise on global panel expansion.
You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality.
Your profile Key Responsibilities Project Management: Lead and oversee multiple research projects (and eventually a team of project managers) to deliver healthcare market research projects across diverse methodologies (quantitative, qualitative, mixed methods), including standard trackers, ad-hoc, and less usual studies with special requirements requiring unique logistical solutions.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.
Develop and maintain project timelines, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
Managing relationships with key clients and contributing to business growth, by providing updates, addressing concerns and providing solutions, delivering results.
Provide support to Sales from an operational viewpoint.
Conduct scoping exercises/interviews regarding a full range of therapy areas to assist clients in identifying appropriate target audiences.
Panel Expansion: Strategise and execute global HCP panel expansion across key markets, focusing on Europe, Asia, North America, and emerging regions.
Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to develop campaigns to attract diverse HCP segments.
Monitor and analyse panel performance metrics to ensure growth and engagement.
Operations Management: Optimise operational workflows and identify efficiencies in project delivery.
Implement best practices and standard operating procedures for quality control.
Manage vendor and partner relationships for panel recruitment and research services.
Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and staffing for the operations team.
Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and develop the project management and operations team.
Conduct performance reviews, set KPIs, and align team goals with organisational objectives.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
Qualifications and Skills Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Market Research, Healthcare, or a related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of experience in project management or operations within global, multi-methodology healthcare market research.
Proven track record in HCP panel management and international expansion.
Proven track record with client account management.
Skills: Strong knowledge of healthcare market research methodologies and project lifecycles from project creation thought to delivery and presentation.
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
Exceptional problem-solving, organisational, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in project management tools and market research software, preferably with some experience with AI.
Strong use of technology in order to streamline project management and operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
